Whether you do your own thing at the gym, follow a program, or if you are a personal trainer or coach, take yourself and your clients to the next level. Make testing simple!

IT’S REALLY SIMPLE!

Just enter in the exercise name, and then enter in how many reps you were able to complete maximally (10 reps and under) with the weight you lifted and you’re done! Your 1 rep max will automatically be calculated for and on the next page, you will have an exercise log of how many reps you should do for a certain amount of weight for each exercise!

It’s important to make sure you are working out optimally and using a progressive overload to constantly make improvements. This is an essential component of any exercise program. With this, you will know exactly how much weight you should be lifting for reps between 1-15.

Description

WHY YOU SHOULD BUY THIS!

You would be doing yourself and/or your client a disservice if you don’t test/retest and have an idea of how much weight you or your client should be lifting. You could be giving them an inappropriate load that doesn’t provide enough stimulus or too much weight risking injury. Take out the guesswork and calculate your 1 rep max and use that number to find out how many reps you can do for a given amount of weight. Make sure to retest at the end of your micro-cycle (maybe every 4 weeks) to set new goals and continuously use appropriate weights. You can use the excel file I have created for you or something else. Anything is better than nothing. Just make sure you are using something to help yourself and your clients and reach your goals quicker.

HOW DOES THE CALCULATOR WORK?

This excel file is a highly optimized calculator that allows you to enter in multiple exercises and automatically takes your 1 rep max you enter in and calculates out the weight you may be able to lift ranging from 1 through 15 reps. In the end, you will have a sheet that you will have that will tell you the name of the exercise and the rep ranges and weights. This takes out the guesswork and allows you to make sure you are making progress without having to mistakenly grab a lighter or heavier weight when you aren’t sure.

COMPATIBILITY: This was developed using a 2016 excel file. Please make sure that you have excel downloaded. This version is compatible with your version of excel. Please email me at [email protected] if there is an issue!

DISCLAIMER: All Sales are Final! The values given for the loads for the rep ranges is a prediction based on your 1RM prediction. The closer you get to lifting your 1 RM, the more accurate the weights and reps will be. Although, it may not be exact. As you work out, you may also get fatigued which could result in the reps and weight not match up. I am not responsible for any injuries you may encounter from exercise. Make sure to consult your doctor to be cleared for exercise, especially if you have a health condition.
